good trails and friendly faces

beautiful resort friendly staff many trails several waterfalls

this resort was beautiful. staff were very friendly and accommodating. there are 17 km of trails here. we went for a 2 hour hike. we saw 3 of their waterfalls.

we stayed for one night before catching our flight back to the uk. the prima villa was comfortable although dated and could definitely do with a refresh.

the staff was efficient and friendly. the concierge arranged tours for us, including la paz waterfall gardens, poas volcano, and doka coffee plantation. transport and guides were excellent on every case.

friendly staff helpful staff walking trails good food difficult doors insect access falling tiles

the staff was very friendly and helpful, it was appreciated. the grounds have trails for walks! and waterfalls. the food tasted good.

the sliding doors were difficult to open. they did not fit tightly! this allowed insects easy access. tiles fell off the shower area twice.

insecure catch bathroom design

The room design was odd. The bathroom had no doors, and , made it inconvenient. The set of double doors by the shower blew open during the night and the catch was insecure. I expected better.
